You may be able to resolve your case before your court date.

Hermiston Municipal Court offers several options that may allow you to resolve your case without appearing in court.

Eligibility for these programs depends on:

1. The violation for which you were cited
2. Your driving record and history

Available resolution options may include:

• Traffic Safety Education Program (Diversion)
• Fixable Offenses / Compliance Program
• Distracted Driving Education Program (Fine suspension available for a first cell phone offense)
• Fine Reductions

You can also use this portal to enter a Not Guilty plea and request a Trial Date.

To get started, search for your citation and select “Explore Options.”

This will display the options that may be available based on the violation charged. Please note that each offense or violation may have different eligibility requirements and resolution options.
